This 2Br, 1BA camp sits on 1.29+/- acres and has approx. 2000 sqft of living area. With two kitchens and all the other comforts of home in this spacious camp you can stay a while. A boat launch in the back yard goes into Bayou Natchitoches and the Red River is a little less than a quarter mile away for fishing and water sports, and Richard K. Yancey WMA and Sunk Lake is just across the river for more hunting opportunity. A covered patio/cooking area outside along with an equipment shed and a well shed that houses the water well and softening system is also included. Secluded and out of the way it would be a great getaway location and offers year round activities.
